Early on, when the website was new, this webmaster received a note from a shipmate referencing a collision between FRED T. BERRY and a British submarine.  Unfortunately no information regarding the collision was provided in that e-mail.  In the first part of July I received a letter from Mr. Peter Berry, Royal Navy (Retired), with an account of the collision along with an article from an unnamed British publication.  The following copies of the documents are presented for your enjoyment.
